Parenting Support

Parenting support is available for parents of children aged 0-16years.

The support provided is evidence based and incorporates an attachment and developmental science lens to support you wherever you are in the parenting journey.

Every family and parent-child relationship is different so these sessions are tailored to your unique needs and aim to leave you feeling empowered through collaborative exploration as to what may be happening for your child.

1:1 consultations can support you with things such as:

• Supporting your relationship with your child using circle of security parenting principles.

• Navigating Rupture and repair

• Supporting your children with big emotions and emotion coaching

• Understanding our stories, triggers and self regulation

• Navigating transitions (such as separation, toileting and new siblings)

• Supporting your child’s anxiety

• And more..

I am a trained facilitator of the below programs and corporates these principles into my practice.

• Cool Little Kids™ & Cool Kids™

Single Session Investment $175 single 60 minute session with follow up email summary and resources.
No Medicare rebate is available for this service.

Alternatively parenting support can be implemented via 1:1 mental health support via a mental health care plan.
